Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

1. We organize each event based on age groups. We kindly ask that you register for your age group. That said, we won't turn you away for a minor age discrepancy.

2. Our events cater exclusively to singles seeking a romantic connection. Although we refrain from verifying relationship status, we expect all attendees to be single.

3. Each event will ideally provide 12-15 TableDates. A minimum of 8 TableDates is required to hold the event.

4. What if you can't attend after registering? We open a waitlist for each event. If we can fill your seat, the ticket will be refunded minus any service/booking fees.

5. What if I will be late?
We stress the importance of arriving about 15-20 minutes early to check in. This gives you time to check in, grab a drink, and find out where you will be assigned to sit. We'd like everyone in their respective seats at the scheduled start time.

6. What if I don't match with anyone? No worries! Sometimes it happens. Don't get discouraged. We are committed to helping you find that special connection. We will invite you back for the next available event on us! *

7. Is there an age requirement?
Most events are hosted at venues that serve alcohol, therefore we do require a minimum age of 21. A current photo government ID will be required at check in.
For venues where no alcohol is served, we may lower the age limit. Age brackets for each event are always listed on the registration page.

8. Will the event ever cancel? How will I know? The event will require a minimum of 8 TableDates to proceed. If 48 hours prior to the event we do not have enough attendees, we will cancel. You will receive a full refund as well as a notification to your provided email.
